My Experience, My Passion
Flying Feet Running is all about mentoring and supporting beginners and inexperienced runners with the right training, support and guidance:
My name is Esther and I am the founder of
Flying Feet Running
I am an experienced beginners running mentor and I set up Flying Feet to meet the needs of beginner and improving runners.
I started running to improve my fitness following starting a family a few years ago. It wasn’t long before I realised that running had so much to offer!
Socially: Runners are a great mix of fantastic people who enjoy being part of a bigger community
Family sport: Events so supportive as well as family friendly and kids can race too! Running can also fit around all the other commitments we have with work, family and socially.
Setting personal goals: It’s a great way to set yourself your own targets, goals and aspirations whether that is about racing, getting fitter or just improving your mental health!
My groups are all welcoming and supportive and held in various locations across Bournemouth and Poole
